Terms & Conditions:
1.
Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of
payment.
2.
Payment is due prior to the start of the Congress.
3.
An invoice with the Congress bank details will be
sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of your
registration. Please make payment once you
have received this invoice to assist us with
identifying your payment in the Congress bank
account.
4.
Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment
has been received, and once the payment has cleared
and been identified in the Congress bank account.
5.
Proof of payment is to be emailed or faxed to:

6.
Please ensure that all payments make clear reference
to the delegates being paid for, with their unique
pin numbers. (Name, Surname, pin number).
7.
All payments must be made payable to South African
National Blood Service.
8.
Registrations are transferable to delegates who have
not yet registered.
9.
Registrations will close on Friday, 6 November 2009.
Cancellation Policy:
1.
All cancellations must be received in writing by the
Congress Secretariat.
2.
Cancellations received before Friday, 14 August 2009
will receive a full refund, less a 10%
administration fee.
3.
Cancellations received between Friday, 14 August
2009 and Friday, 16 October 2009 will receive a 50%
refund.
4.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received
after Friday, 16 October 2009.
5.
All refunds due will only be issued after the
Congress.

Scatterlings Conference & Events shall take all reasonable steps to
protect the personal
information of delegates
7.
For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined
as detailed in the
Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The
