How to Register:

SANBS Employees:

1.     Click on the “SANBS Staff Registration” button

2.     Download the pdf application form

3.     Complete and submit this form to your Zone or Departmental Manager

4.     Your registration will then be processed through the standard channels within SANBS

5.     Your Zone or Departmental Manager will notify you of approval / rejection of your application

6.     In the even that your registration has been approved, your supervisor will forward your information through to the Congress secretariat

7.     The Congress secretariat will then confirm your registration with you directly

All Other Delegates:

1.     Click on the “Register” button

2.     Complete the on-line registration form

3.     Press “submit”

4.     Your registration will be forwarded to the Congress Secretariat and downloaded directly onto the database

5.     The data that you input will appear on your registration record on the official Congress database

 

Registration Cost

 

Full Registration – R1,700 + VAT

-          Attendance of all Congress sessions for Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th November

-          Attendance of all social events:

o    Welcome Cocktail Party, Sunday 15th November 18:00 – 20:00

o    Casual Dinner, Monday 16th November 19:00 – late

o    Gala Dinner, Tuesday 17th November 19:00 – late

-          3 x Tea / coffee breaks per day plus buffet luncheon

-          All published Congress proceedings

-          Delegate package

-          Access to the Congress exhibition for the duration

-          EXCLUDES the Medical Training Workshop on Sunday 15th November

 

Day Delegate Registration – R500 + VAT per day

-          Attendance for all Congress sessions on the day selected

-          3 x Tea / coffee breaks plus buffet luncheon for the day selected

-          All published Congress proceedings for the day selected

-          Delegate package

-          Access to the Congress exhibition for the day selected

-          EXCLUDES any social events

-          EXCLUDES the Medical Training Workshop on Sunday 15th November

-          Tickets for Day Delegates may be purchased, dependant on availability at the following prices, as 
detailed below

 

Welcome Cocktail Reception – Sunday, 15th November – R200 + VAT per person

(Included in full congress registration and depending on availability for Day Delegates)

-          Access to the official opening of the Congress exhibition

Casual Dinner – Monday, 16th November – R300 + VAT per person

(Included in full congress registration and depending on availability for Day Delegates)

Gala Dinner – Tuesday, 17th November – R300 + VAT per person
